I had 3 girls wanting to experience a summer girls trip and ideally in New England. One was traveling from California and two in Dallas. I was given a region. The dates. Their must-haves: walkable, a nicer hotel, and wanting to enjoy local food and drink.
The difference for using me as their travel advisor: a custom itinerary that included restaurant suggestions to explore on their own. A destination that delivered on walkability and ease of logistics for everyone traveling. A car service to pick them up for airport transfers to/from their hotel. I've had some unique travel experiences:

- spent 6 months studying abroad in Spain during my college years
- met Prince Charles (now King Charles) during a trip to London
- Yes, I've even flown with 3 kids ages 3 and under... by myself!

How much does a travel agent cost?
Booking hotels, resorts, villas, and cruises is completely
complimentary, while fully custom itineraries involve a customized planning fee based
on trip complexity.
What perks come with booking through a travel agent?
Depending on the property and the rate, your stay may include:
- Complimentary room upgrades, when available
- Daily breakfast for two
- Resort or hotel credits
- A personalized VIP welcome amenity
- Early check-in and late checkout, when available
These are not usually available when you book on your own.
Do hotel stays booked through an agent still earn elite status?
For the most part, yes. Hotel stays booked through me are usually eligible
for elite status benefits, so you can typically earn qualifying nights, stays and points
toward future status. If maintaining or earning status matters to you, tell me and I will
make sure it is a priority.
Will I save money by having a travel advisor book my trip vs. booking on my own?
It depends. There are times when I have access to travel advisor rates that are lower than published rates. I'm also notified when certain prices drop, allowing me to reprice when possible and pass those savings along to you.
And sometimes, the price is the same as what you would find booking directly, but you get more with it. Think complimentary breakfast, room upgrades, resort credits, onboard perks, or other amenities.
My goal is to make sure you're getting the best overall value, not simply the lowest price.
You get the research, expertise, and ongoing support, while I look for opportunities to make your vacation investment go further.
Can't AI plan my trip for me instead?
AI is a good tool especially for initial research for a destination. It
is not perfect. What it can't do is: use my industry relationships to secure a group rate,
arrange cabins near each other, coordinate flights so everyone arrives around the same
time, or give personalized activity options (like the polo match for someone who trains
horses).
Do I lose control of my own trip?
No, and this is the thing people worry about most. Nothing is booked
until you have seen it and said yes. You can change your mind as many times as you like.
I bring you options and you make the final decisions. I'll send over all your
confirmation details immediately after booking. When your loyalty number is provided, it
will show up shortly in your app (example: Marriott Bonvoy).
What if I do not know where to start?
No problem, that's what I'm here for. You don't need to have a
destination picked out or an itinerary in mind. Tell me what you're hoping to experience,
how you like to travel, and what matters most to you. I'll help you figure out where to
go and what fits you best.

Do I still earn my hotel points and status?
Yes. Your loyalty numbers go on the booking exactly as they would if you
booked direct, and you keep your status benefits on top of whatever perks I add.

The earlier, the better. This is especially true for group travel and holidays. I will give you the best options for the locations and dates to choose from.
